cmos工艺里的特殊ESD保护结构

普通的I/O PAD保护结构，请问PAD到GGNMOS管的栅基接一个二极管，大家有用过这种结构吗？
好多工艺建议的结构里面是没有这个二极管的，有这个二极管能抗更高的电压吗？请大神们解释一下，

猜测这个二极管的主要作用是一个电容，类似于GCMOS

GGNMOS开启电压取决于寄生三极管击穿雪崩漏电，加二极管后可以降低开启电压点吧~

I guess this diode is used to reduce the holding voltage or under shoot voltage on the PAD. Suppose if there is an NS-mode ESD event, typically the ground is separated from a shared substrate/global ground, thus, the holding voltage can be as high as the one held by the two diodes in series, this diode bypasses the two diodes. (one from the ground(in picture) to substrate plus the other from substrate to the drain(parasitic)).

泄放ESD能量还是通过GGNMOS，二极管应该是稳压管用，作用是击穿电压低，击穿后电阻上有压降从而开启GGNMOS泄放电流
