NCX 遇到的問題(NCXFL-9)和(Simulation failed. low_clk_width_err)

我最近在使用NCX跑characterize，我自己畫layout畫出10級Inverter 去萃取它的R+CC+C ，我的Library Template和Cell Template 這兩個是參考其他資訊打出來的，之後跑出的錯誤是
Warning: Simulation failed. low_clk_width_err
  clock width 2.9e-07 exceeds maximum tool value (1.5e-07)
和單獨跑一顆AN2D1的時候跑出這個錯誤
Error: insufficient number of indexes for CCS models (NCXDB-230)
Error: failed netlist build for AN2D1::positive_unate combinational arc 0: A1 -> Z ()\  (NCXFL-9)
Error: insufficient number of indexes for CCS models (NCXDB-230)
Error: failed netlist build for AN2D1::positive_unate combinational arc 1: A2 -> Z ()\  (NCXFL-9)
想請問這方面是要怎麼解決
