Share work experience in a semiconductor company

Hello brothers and sisters,

Currently I am working in a semiconductor company in ASIC front end domain. I do not get much exposure other than logic designing. It will be helpful to explore my knowledge if someone provide hints on synthesis and ideas on logic designing based on your work experiences.

Also please post design challenges faced in your projects. It will be helpful to evaluate my knowledge.
