This isa commissioned position which responsible for giving product presentations tothe customer describing how products provide the optimum solution to theirapplication.

1、Develop aclear understanding of business practices including pricing, forecasting,Distribution and Business Code of Ethics.

2、Duringcustomer's product design, responsible for design assistance

includingonsite visits to review designs, examine customer problems and providesuggestions on optimal ways to use products.

3、Managerelationships between company and customers by establishing

relationshipswith key individuals at accounts. Identify and develop new opportunities withinaccounts. Give product demonstrations and execute benchmarks to show productcapabilities and ease of use.

4、Understandcompetitor's strengths and weaknesses relative to the

appropriatetechnical strategy. Assist the customer throughout the development cycle toensure successful completion of the product.

5、Providetimely feedback to the Product Team on product and strategy

issuesto ensure company is capable of responding to and/or anticipating changesneeded to maintain success.

6、Requiresthorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in

order toperform non-repetitive, analytical work. Provide solutions to a wide range ofdifficult problems.

RequiredSkills:

Theideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ year’s working in semiconductorcompanies in software engineering, electrical engineering, or technical supportfunctions. Experience in technical debug, including initialization, training,timing and signal analysis techniques.

1、Demonstratea strong understanding of techniques for managed NAND withexperience performing system level debug

2、Firmwaredevelopment, testing and validation experience

3、Integrationand performance validation of memory and/or memory controllers

4、Memory Controller design

5、Experiencein data center system performance measurement and power management techniques

6、Hands-ondebug experience in labs using tracing tools, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes,bus analyzers and evaluation boards.

7、Strongexperience in problem solving and engineering debug is required

8、Excellentverbal, written, and customer communications skills

9、The abilityto be self-motivated, take initiative, and to work equally well independentlyand in a team environment
