急！lvs的时候出错，不知道该怎么改！跪求帮助

在做lvs的时候出错，发现错误的instance都是memory上逻辑接高或者接低的pin，错误的net也是相关的，下周一要上交gds流片，实在不知道该怎么办了，请求各位大神指点相助！！谢谢！！！

问下楼主用的什么pnr/apr工具？什么technology？
你的设计里面好像多出了5个cell， 需查证：13/58/D113等
memory的pin接高/低是不是连接对应的Tie cell？
你之前的lvs有过的嘛？
