questasim 10.4 license linux

I setup questasim 10.4 on windows and generated license works but in linux, I got this error "Unable to checkout a viewer license necesarry for use of the QuestaSim graphical user interface. Vsim is closing."

although hostid is changed to mac address of linux machine

any ideas how to solve this error ??
