What do I need to do to get extracted spef for more corners?

so far, my work in ICC only generate max and min spefin my tcl I have these
extract_rc
write_parasitics -output results/${CELLNAME}.spef -format SPEF


what do I need to add to generate
1) for other PVT corners, for instance, sf, low voltage, 40C and 85C
2) for other function mode, Scan mode, I2C function mode, etc.
