cadence license issues

I use lmgrd to start license server:/home/tools/cadence/flexm10.8.0.7/lmgrd -c ./license.dat -l /tmp/lic4cadence.log

I checked the log file /tmp/lic4cadence.log, it did look started:

but when launched virtuoso, I got:

and at the end of the log file: /tmp/lic4cadence.log
I could read:
17:05:18 (cdslmd) DENIED: "111" dubeeloo@xiian  (SIGN= keyword required but missing from the license certificate. (-114,525))

what is wrong with my licenses, how do I fix it, please help
