阈值电压对这个cell的驱动能力有没有影响啊如果有的话是怎么影响的啊

suggest you to find some book of analog!
LVT SVT HVT,there are three corners.
LVT stand for the low Vth and HVT stand for hign. In physical design,MOSFET in LVT corner has low delay but it will cause high leakage.Inversely,HVT has hign delay and low leakage!
we should use LVT in critical path and use HVT in low power design!

人们都回答的是speed，不是driven strength。需要找到下面的关系： output_impedance= f(Vth， Vdd), 才能确定driven强度

没有影响。或者准确一点说，影响足够小，以至于在现有工艺和技术流程下不需要特别关注。再退一步讲，即使有一些影响，无非是后级的transition，这个工具可以报可以修。所以事实上我不是很理解你关注这个问题的原因是什么
