Position Description:

·
serves as in-country value proposition expert – haswide knowledge of the entire Tensilica portfolio and can effectivelycommunicate why a designer would choose Tensilica for agiven role

·
spends 40-50% of his/her time visiting customers andOEMs extolling the benefits of Tensilica

·
identifies and cultivates relationships with 3rdparty ecosystem partners. Serves as facilitator: introducing customers toappropriate partners, making sure partners are aware of business opportunities,etc.

·
coordinates activities at regional trade events –including CDNLive, MWC Shanghai, media promotion Etc. – in cooperation withChina corporate marketing teams

·
works for Tensilica university and incubator program

Position Requirements:

·
Have basic knowledge and strong interesting onComputer Vision, Neural Network and/or Intelligent Voice Processing Technology

·
Have electrical engineering background, preferablyhaving worked as a design engineer

·
broad understanding of SOC design – comfortable askingquestions to customers about SOC block diagrams

·
working familiarity with system software – understandsthe differences between algorithms, drivers, operating systems and bare-metalDSP code; does not need to be expert

·
2 or more years of marketing experience (5+ preferred)

·
working comfort level in front of customers

·
Good English read/write skill
