help on license, DC

whenever I have compile_ultra in my tcl, I got an Error:Error: This site is not licensed for 'DC-Ultra-Features'. (SEC-51)

please help, how could I tell if I have the correct licenses:
in file-> license.. pull-down menu I could see DC-Ultra, and DC-Ultra-Opt both are under
available licenses window, though
