segmentation fault when use sfk

I tried to use patch, but I found that the sfk,  cadence_patch.sh used:

./sfk rep -bylist cadence.pat -nowarn -yes -dir $1  

cause the segmentation fault, in my centOS machine but ran smoothly in my fedora 26 machine.

why, please help
