POSITION: DFT engineer
Locations:    Xi’an
Job Description:
Defining test mechanism on a SOC level.
Generating test concepts based on limited test resources on chip or packaged level.
Developing and verifying required test circuitry to facilitate future production test.
Defining test deliverable with test team and make the deliveries of the test vectors.
Implementation within validation schedule and driving flawless execution in high quality standard.
Leading complex issue debugging and support critical quality excursion.
Coordinating with various design teams to ensure test quality without jeopardize functional quality.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Major in EE and have Master degree or higher. Similar DFT developer experience is a plus.
Solid understanding of JTAG 1149.1 standard.
Solid understanding of ATPG, SCAN, MBIST concepts.
Experienced with Vhdl and verilog languages.
Demonstrated experience and skill in SOC level verification and code debugging.
Demonstrated expertise in silicon test level based problem solving skills.
Fluent Chinese and English, both verbal and written.
Skilled in scripts development is a plus (e.g. TCL/Perl/C/ASM)
