help to run lmgrd

I could see with which lmgrd /tools/synopsys/scl11.9/linux/bin/lmgrd and it is executable -rwxr-xr-x. 1 dubeeloo dubeeloo 1138948 Nov  4  2014 /tools/synopsys/scl11.9/linux/bin/lmgrd but when I typed: I got this: lmgred -c ./synopsys.dat lmgred: Command not found. I did try as root, and with absolute path: /tools/synopsys/scl11.9/linux/bin/lmgrd -c ./synopsys.dat Please help, I could not go further
