资深IC测试工程师-上海

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design test solution for both RD debugging and production test release.
2. Work on yield improvement and test time reduction, etc.
3. Response to customer return case, support AE/QE to analyze failure with ATE test data.
4. Support RD/QE for BI, ESD testing etc.
5. Experience on multi-sites test programming, tester platform conversion,

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor of or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
2. More than 8 years of IC testing experience.
3. Able to use PADS/PROTEL to design PCB.
4. Solid experience in semiconductor power IC and familiar with ASL1K/ETS300 test platform is preferred.
5. Experience on multi-sites test programming and tester platform conversion or development.
6. Familiar with C/C++, Pascal or any tester programming language
7. Strong knowledge with device power product line.

Pre-requisite Skills:
1.English language skills for both writing and speaking.
2.Good teamwork, interpersonal skills.
