做DRC有个错误：“DNW must be surrounded by NW”, 那DNW和NW重合的情况算不算"DNW is surrounded by NW"?

你好，我是个新手，想问一个问题，我画版图的时候也遇到这个问题，但是在DNW外面加了NW还是报这个错误是为什么呢
