lately i'm studying EE240 by Simone Gambini in Two Stage OTA Design Examples lecture he talk about Capacitive neutralization
(introducing a +ve feedback to cancel the effect of miller multiplication) but he didn't speak much about the sizing of this caps
could you please help me to understand this technique ?
The size of the neutralization cap should be similar with Cgd to cancel the miller effect according to my knowledge. Because this cap will introduce a positive feedback, so PVT should be covered to ensure the stability of the circuit.
