JOB DESCRIPTION: 1. Good understanding of FAB technology, process flow and procedures as well as foundries process technology update at all time; 2. Drive both fab and internal foundry process engineers for SPC control, yield analysis and improvement activities. Lead engineers to handle line excursion, baseline improvement and wafer RMA; 3. Preparation and maintenance of foundry benchmarking for QBR or periodic reviews; 4. Selecting and qualifying new foundries and new technology to meet product design and quality requirement; 5. Cost reduction and cycle time improvement for mature products; 6. Train and strengthen process team.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Master or PHD degree, major in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Physics/Chemical/Material Science; 2. At least 10 years of wafer FAB process experience, more than 5 years of management experience; 3. Knowledge of solid state devices, especially MOS device, is essential; 4. Able to understand, debug, modify and improve FAB process and procedures and able to manage foundries at different locations; 5. Be familiar with Knowledge of product, testing and reliability is preferred;
6. Good written and oral communications skills.
