JobRequirements: 1、Bachelor degreeor above, majoring in Computer Science or related disciplines; 2、Extensiveexperience in a Service Delivery role; 3、Provenexperiences to lead a large delivery team; 4、StrongExperience in the IT industry with a good understanding of InternetTechnologies ( at least 10 years or above); 5、Foundationlevel understanding of Project Management; 6、Understandingof IT industry working practices / methodologies; 7、ITIL foundationcertification desirable but not essential; 8、Tenaciousproblem solver, will own issues until full resolution; 9、Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail; 10、Strong rapportand relationship building skills with both internal departments and externalcustomers; 11、Excellentnetworking skills, ability to navigate organizations and build strongrelationships with C level leaders; 12、Strongnegotiation skills; 13、Experience ofworking with public sector clients (specifically with commercial involvement); 14、A good level ofbusiness awareness and commercial acumen; 15、Ability tocreate wow / delighter moments with customers; 16、Strongorganizational, time management and prioritization skills; 17、Able to take acreative approach to situations and problem solving.
KeyAccountabilities: 1、Build strong partnershiprelationships with customers; 2、Manage supportrequests and co-ordinate IT Shenzhen/IT HK support teams to deliver withinagreed timescales; 3、Scheduledevelopment, testing and maintenance to ensure appropriate quality checks have been completed; 4、Manage customerprojects and oversee implementations for on time delivery; 5、Review servicefailures and produce incident reports when required; 6、Validate,negotiate and process service credits; 7、Produce andmaintain service improvement plans; 8、Manageresources in IT Shenzhen; 9、Ensureappropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements; 10、Organize andchair monthly/quarterly review meetings; 11、Identifyproject opportunities. - Produce ad-hoc reports when required; 12、Lead, train andmanage delivery team to reach the company KPI.
Key PerformanceIndicators: 1、Strive towardsa world class target of 85% above utilization rate; 2、Ensure high Endof Ticket Ratings through world class Service Delivery Management; 3、Regular engagementwithin the portfolio, including onsite (minimum once week); 4、Contribute toinstall base growth by identifying new business / upgrade opportunities; 5、Control creditmemos through good administrative control and negotiation on service failures.
