JobRequirements

1Bachelor degreeor above, majoring in Computer Science or related disciplines

2Extensiveexperience in a Service Delivery role

3Provenexperiences to lead a large delivery team

4StrongExperience in the IT industry with a good understanding of InternetTechnologies ( at least 10 years or above)

5Foundationlevel understanding of Project Management

6Understandingof IT industry working practices / methodologies

7ITIL foundationcertification desirable but not essential

8Tenaciousproblem solver, will own issues until full resolution

9Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail

10Strong rapportand relationship building skills with both internal departments and externalcustomers

11Excellentnetworking skills, ability to navigate organizations and build strongrelationships with C level leaders

12Strongnegotiation skills

13Experience ofworking with public sector clients (specifically with commercial involvement)

14A good level ofbusiness awareness and commercial acumen

15Ability tocreate wow / delighter moments with customers

16Strongorganizational, time management and prioritization skills

17Able to take acreative approach to situations and problem solving.


KeyAccountabilities:

1Build strong partnershiprelationships with customers

2Manage supportrequests and co-ordinate IT Shenzhen/IT HK support teams to deliver withinagreed timescales

3Scheduledevelopment, testing and maintenance to ensure appropriate quality checks have

been completed

4Manage customerprojects and oversee implementations for on time delivery

5Review servicefailures and produce incident reports when required

6Validate,negotiate and process service credits

7Produce andmaintain service improvement plans

8Manageresources in IT Shenzhen

9Ensureappropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements

10Organize andchair monthly/quarterly review meetings

11Identifyproject opportunities. - Produce ad-hoc reports when required

12Lead, train andmanage delivery team to reach the company KPI.


Key PerformanceIndicators

1Strive towardsa world class target of 85% above utilization rate

2Ensure high Endof Ticket Ratings through world class Service Delivery Management

3Regular engagementwithin the portfolio, including onsite (minimum once week)

4Contribute toinstall base growth by identifying new business / upgrade opportunities

5Control creditmemos through good administrative control and negotiation on service failures.
