​岗位描述：

1．根据芯片产品要求，与设计团队配合，制定芯片封装策略，确保封装的大规模制造可靠性；

2．跟踪产品良率，负责解决产品量产阶段与封装相关的问题；

3．与第三方封测厂进行技术协同，负责相关可靠性测试及结果分析;

4．严格执行公司的各项规章制度及管理制度，所以涉密人员应严格执行国家保密制度，履行保密职责，防止事故发生，确保部门安全、保密；

完成领导交办的其他工作。

职业素质：熟悉相关封装企业及制度；

工作经验：5年以上封装厂工作经验，有大规模工业级芯片量产经验；

专业素质：熟练使用封装相关软件，CET4级，具有熟练的英文读写能力。
