Responsibilities:

Ø
Acts as the primary technical interface between the customer and 芯得development engineering teamsthroughout the sales cycle. Conducts frequent meetings and technicalnegotiations at the local and international level to analyze customerrequirements.

Ø
Develops creative solutions to remedy technical problems withminimum impact on customer's time-to-market. Initiates process and productimprovements within 芯得and the customer's organizations to avoid future problemoccurrences.

Ø
Leads all technical engagements with 芯得customers in area of responsibility, from the early identificationof an opportunity to the successful ramp-up of system production.

Ø
Accountable for Design Win, Tape-out Revenue and CustomerSatisfaction in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

1.Master/Ph.D with EE, Microelectronics orComputer Engineering related background.

2.Min 5 years of relevant experience inSemicon industry) in related design, semiconductor technology/processdevelopment or CAD/Industry Design Tools Application areas.

3.Good Knowledge in one or more of thefollowing semiconductor industry related fields:

oAdvanced Semiconductor Technology/Processing/Modeling:SiGe, Bulk CMOS, BiCMOS, SOI or technologies.

oHigh Performance RF/Analog, Digital/SOCCustom and Mixed-Signal Circuit design, simulation, verification, testing andevaluation.

oCAD/Industry Design Tools Development or Applicationexperience.

oElectrostatic Discharges (ESD) protectiondesign.

4.Knowledge/Experience in one or more ofthe following application domains, will be a plus:

oCommunication and wireless applications

oDigital media, audio/video applications

oConsumer electronics applications

oAutomotive electronics applications

oOther emerging technology and industryareas

5.English fluent, Goodcommunication/Problem Solving skill and willingness to work within a globalteam.

6.Good learning competency, self-motivation,and be able to work on diverse areas in a flexible environment.

7.Strong technical leadership will beimportant consideration for senior positions.

FAE（RF SOI）

1、协助研发部门完成新产品工艺选择；

2、Tape out完成后完成Tape out内容填写，负责photo-mask生产和wafer试产；

3、FAB的联系窗口，提供晶圆制程相关的技术支持及异常沟通；

4、监控生产、解决工艺相关的异常，提升成品率；

5、持续寻求降低生产成本方案；

职位要求：

1、2年以上Wafer Fab相关工作经验；

2、熟悉晶元WAT、SPC分析及管控，有SiGe、GaAs、SOI等RF产品工作经验者优先考虑；

3、英语能力、团队沟通能力强。
