职位描述:
1)人力资源系统信息的维护更新
2)招聘工作组织、信息发布、面试及入职管理
3)劳动合同签订、变更、解除等工作
4)员工录用、社保等各项手续办理
5)新员工入职培训
6)年度绩效评估、试用期员工考评工作
7)员工活动组织、策划和安排
任职要求:
-本科学历;
-至少有4年以上人事管理经验,对人力资源6大模块工作精通,有行政管理经验优先;
-熟悉各类招聘渠道、社保办理流程;
-熟悉国家及当地的劳动人事法律、法规;
-能独立开展工作,执行力、解决问题能力强
-有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识;
-有责任心,有良好的职业操守。
