Job Responsibilities:

As a DSP (Digital Signal Processing)engineer for 芯得, thecandidate will join a team of experienced scientists and engineers to developexciting technology in image and video processing. The position will give youan opportunity to combine your ingenuity with the next generation products inTV and Panel industry. Typical duties performed as follow:

1.    Designand implementation of video post processing algorithm such as true motion basedframe interpolation, super-resolution, noise reduction, 360 degree videocomposition;

2.    Designand implementation of image algorithm such as image enhancement, local dimming,face detection.

3.    Supportthe verification and optimization of algorithm according to HW requirements;

4.    Workwith image quality team to improve image quality, and tune image qualityaccording to requirements of customers.

Minimum Requirements

1.    Ph.D or Master in EE/CS specializing in digital signal processing, imageprocessing, video processing, computer vision, pattern recognition, or computergraphics;

2.    Thoroughbackground in signal processing, image and video processing, statisticalanalysis and pattern recognition;

3.    Solidbackground in video codec, such as H.264 and H.265.

4.    Provenability in designing, implementing, debugging and understanding complexalgorithm;

5.    Solidprogramming skills in C/C++ and MATLAB;

6.    Stronganalytical, creative, self-motivated, good communications skill;

7.    EnjoyR&D work, open and positive attitude;

Additional Preferred Skills

8.    Experiencewith IC design flow and methodologies; experiences with algorithm designtargeted for IC and FPGA;

9.    Previouslyworked on video processing algorithms such as motion estimation, superresolution, face detection, scaling, noise reduction is a big plus;

10.  Familiarwith digital video algorithm and interfaces;

11.  Strongcommunication skills, presentation skills, good organization and skilled inwriting high quality engineering documentation.
