Software Developer Leader (Security SW_Codenomicon)

Location: Wuhan

Synopsys helps our customers to buildmore secure software. Our solutions are developed globally in US and Europe andnow in Asia as well. We are looking for a lead developer for our SWdevelopment team in Wuhan. In this role your work will be an example forthe rest of the team what it comes to technical solutions, code quality,coding and testing disciplines and delivering on time. You work in closeco-operation with the team manager to turn business requirements to thetechnical requirements and implementation. Further, you are regularlyin contact with your colleagues around the world in both written andspoken English to coordinate your work with them. You are able tocommunicate your vision and ideas to the development team. You are alsoapproachable and listen to what people need and want, both from otherdisciplines and within your own team. You have good understanding of the modernSW development tools and practices. You master Java and possibly Python& C/C++ coding. In this role you need to demonstrate good analysisand problem-solving skills. Beneficial is familiarity of securitytesting, protocol development and familiarity with virtualization techniquessuch as VMWare or VirtualBox. Also fluent English skills arerequired.
