职位描述：
1、负责IC production 相关的事项，确保产品顺利量产
2、团队根据IC 定位, 做foundry/process 评估.
3、团队评估分析各种封装的可行性，从性能和成本出发，为产品设计提供有竞争力的封装方案.
4、团队负责package/testing 相关的程式开发,确保yield and reliability 符合标准.

岗位要求:
1、半导体行业工作经验5到10年。
2、有IC production manager 经验。
3、有半导体产品量产导入经验，参与过重大项目量产.
4、英文听说读写流利。
5、具有良好的沟通能力，较强的协调能力，以及团队合作意识。
