Jobdescription:

1.
Scan stitching /insertion

2.
Block level and SoClevel ATPG and pattern validation

3.
ATE bring-up anddebug of ATPG patterns

4.
Scan test qualityimprovement

Requirement:

-   MS with 3+ or BS with 5+ years’ experiencein DFT scan
-   Familiar with scripting languages like Perl/Makefile…

-   Strong problem solving and communicationskills

-   Good knowledge on scan and ATPG
