Responsibilities：

Develop algorithm on driving PMSM/BLDC, including simulation, data analysis, and realization；

Working with IC R&D team to understand system specifications and translate customers' needs into next generation SOC solution.

Requirements：

Self-driven, think out of the box；

Familiar with PMSM/BLDC motor, experience about algorithm development is better；

Good knowledge of digital signal process, control theorem；

Experienced at MATLAB simulink, or other simulation tools；

Good knowledge of ARM embedded system is a plus；

Beyond average circuit knowledge；

Strong communication skills；

No fear of learning new conception；

Strong knowledge of C is essential.
