【已解决】ICC做LVS报short: short between net NULL(0) and POWER (215325)

今天在ICC下做完PR后，用icc做lvs检查，报short如下：图像 1.png

图中个net NULL(0)我之前没有定义过啊，请问各位大侠这个error怎么处理呢？

版主您好！我的运行报告如下：icc_shell> derive_pg_connection -power_net POWER -ground_net GND -tie
reconnected total 0 tie highs and 0 tie lows
1

icc_shell> verify_pg_nets
Cell top.err existed already. Delete it ...
Checking [GND]:
      There are no floating shapes
      All the pins are connected.
      No errors are found.
Checking [POWER]:
      There are no floating shapes
      All the pins are connected.
      No errors are found.
Checked 2 nets, 0 have Errors
Update error cell ...
1

不过还是有报同样的lvs问题

非常感谢！我按照这三个命令做了，short问题解决了。我man了下derive_pg_connection这个命令，我之前遇到的short是不是因为没有把pin 和net连起来造成的呢？

我觉得应该是我的power net 和ground net没有连到power pin 和ground pin导致的，请问重新连好后会对版图连接有影响吗？

物理是没连接，肯定有影响啊~
但是只是你没定义，那么它又怎么会对物理版图有影响呢？
icc中物理连接和定义的连接是2个独立不相干的的~
你要知道你到底是物理短路还是没定义导致的~
