for Vivado 2015.1

Extract "Xilinx_Vivado_SDK_2015.1_0428_1_Win64.exe" with 7-Zip in current directory
change directory to  bin "cd bin"
edit xsetup.bat and remove this part

net session >nul 2>&1
if NOT %errorLevel% == 0 (
  echo ERROR: Administrative permissions are not available. Please restart the command line shell as Administrator.
  goto :end
)

save and exit
double click on xinstall.bat

这样才能安装。
