No, actually
1. they don't know this is the presentation-with audio recorded
2. they do not know how expensive to attend this short course or purchase the CD.
3. they haven't watch the ISSCC short course yet, so they don't appreciate.
4. only good designers appreciate this.
5. most of them has not enough ecash to download.
