好像在国内有影印版的说。

不知第一版和第二版有多大的差别？

另外，还有一本Mixed signal的，主要是讲ADC/DAC 的，写的视角有所不同。

是CMOS: Circuit Design, Layout, and Simulation的同一作者写的。
