Job Description:

The staff in this position will be responsible but not limited to:

1. Collaborate with other engineers as a team toarchitect/define/specify/design RF block, especially power amplifier, antenna switch,antenna tuner and low noise amplifier for cellular and WiFi application.  

2. Advanced technology such as SOI or SiGe would be preferred.

3. Develop and revise final product design to improve performance/quality.

4. Verify product performance and support product qualifications.
5. Technicallysupport on the yield improvement and applications.
Required Skills:

1. Gook understanding of RF theory. SOI/SiGe power amplifier theory is a strongplus.
2. Goodunderstanding on semiconductor device and process.
3. Goodknowledge on FDD-LTE/TDD-LTE/WCDMA/EDGE/GPRS/GSM is a plus. Transmitter designexperience is a strong plus.

4. Design using Cadence/ADS/HFSS software is required.

5. Experience with RF test equipment, such as vector network analyzer, spectrumanalyzer, signal generator and so on is preferred.

6. Master's degree or above (or similar by experience) in ElectricalEngineering or related discipline. PhD dissertation on SOI/SiGe RFIC is a plus.

7. Self-starter and team player.
