求助，关于不收敛的问题。

真的搞不明白，为什么老是出现不收敛的问题。有没有大神知道网格到底要怎么优化？我感觉我的网格比书里的例子细很多啊，怎么老是不收敛呢。我买的书说是网格、物理模型、迭代方法。这也太模糊了吧，实际很难找到是哪些语句导致的问题。代码如下，可否有大神帮忙分析下，不胜感激。
