​工作内容：

1. 负责对WIFI/BT开发团队的技术指导及日常管理；

2. 指导团队搭建研发和测试测试系统，提升系统能力；

3. 协助公司进行技术决策，进行技术风险评估，制订领先的技术解决方案；

4. 把控项目进度，带领研发团队高质量完成项目任务；

5. 带领团队承担产品交付和客户支持任务

任职资格：

1、电子和计算机专业，硕士学历或本科以上学历；

2、有8年以上WIFI/BT产品研发经验；

3、有10人以上研发团队管理经验；

4、有高度的责任感和事业心
