Candidates must be passionate about adopting and promoting newtechnologies and making customers successful. Position Requirements: 1. Understanding of system design and logic design using anHDL language 2. Understanding of logic and physical synthesis and formalverification EDA tools/flows 3.Ability to work with customers directly to understand andaddress requirements 4.Manage and conduct deployment activities includingintegration into customer’s flows 5.Ability to develop and deliver product presentations andproduct demos to highlight and position technical features and capabilities 6.Develop and deliver technical field training as part ofproduct deployment strategy 7.Ability to represent customer’s viewpoint and providefeedback on tools and flows to R&D Experience: 1.Expertise in IC design and knowledge in Verilog/VHDL, andscripting (TCL, shell) languages is a requirement 2.Experience with logic and physical synthesis/verificationof complex chips is a requirement 3.Experience with Cadence physical design and implementationtools is desired 4.Experience with Cadence formal verification tools andmethodologies is desired 5.Strong organization, presentation, and debugging skillsare a requirement, as is the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projectssuccessfully 6.Previous field applications, consulting, or experiencewith customer interfacing is required Language: 1.Good command of the English language, both written andspoken – Required Travel: 1.On average 5-10% travel is to be expected, mostly withinthe country/region Education: 1.The person should possess the BS/BE level of understandingof CS or EE Engineering concepts 2.Minimum Education Required: education level of BS with 7+years’ experience (or MS with 5+ or more years of experience). Working Model: 1.This position reports into the Customer EngagementGroup. On average, the balance betweenlocal and international activities and between customer facing and internalactivities is as follows: -75% local top accounts -15% Product Engineering tasks including deploymentenablement -10% international top accounts |
