Location   China - Shanghai

Job Function   Responsible for development of bench H/W& S/W for IC product testing, e.g., RF and Analog testing on bench testboard. Own chip characterization, verification, correlation, failure analysisfor NPI product and NIP releasing, and supporting failure analysis of testrejects of RMA. Analyze test data from ATE and bench level; Perform deep debugon test hole issue.

An ideal candidatefor this position is someone who enjoys the challenge of developing complicatedIC test solutions for analog IP-level and system-level, and is a fast learnerwith strong commitment to results.

Responsibilities   Bring-up of RF and Analog Bench Testing;

Development of benchH/W & S/W for RFA IC product testing;

Chipcharacterization, Performance checking, correlation, failure analysis in NPIprojects;

BasicQualifications   BSElectrical/Electronics Engineering, MS preferred

Strong understandingof RF circuit & Mixed-Signal IC

+5 years ofsystem-level H/W or S/W development & debugging experience desired

Preferred with RF(WiFi, Bluetooth) system-level or IC testing;

Proficient use of labinstruments/tools (Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer, IQview, DMM, NetworkAnalyzer, Signal Generator, etc.);

Proficientprogramming of lab-view or Perl;

Experience onsoftware programming with assembly, C/C++, and scripting language;

Good PCB design &debugging skills;

Rich communication ICproduct knowledge preferred.

Good communicationskills in English

Highly motivated,fast learner, team player with good communication skills
