Roles and Responsibilities

Take responsibility for test program (wafertest and characterization wafer and package level) development for mixed-signalintegrated circuits;

Characterize and evaluate ASIC performanceover process and operation conditions;

Responsible for ramping and release costeffective production test solution and program into mass production;

Setup test plan, manage subcontractors fortracking project schedules, quality and resources;

Close cooperation and interaction withinternational teams;

Key Performance Indicators (optional).

Qualification Requirement

(e.g. Education, Working Experience,Knowledge, Skills, Language, Competence, etc);

Bachelor or master degree in Electronics,Communications, Computer Engineering or equivalent;

ATE experience (>5 years) on Advantest(93K, ATH, CTH) and/or Teradyne (J750, Flex) test platforms;

ATE test board and/or bench applicationboard layout experience;

Familiar with test of integratedmixed-signal circuits (ADC, DAC, PLL, Oscillator);  

Familiarity with design for test (DFT)techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG, and memory BIST;

Familiar with bench tester like PXI;  

Self motivated, excellent communicationskills and team spirit;

Ability to manage projects andsubcontractors;

English written and verbal;

Willingness to work and interact ininternational teams.
