​Job Description:

Responsible for or support the following:

Review and negotiate procurement contracts with suppliers and vendors

Provide corporate secretarial legal support for IFX companies in China

Provide legal support for labour-law matters

Research and advise IFX management in China on important Chinese legislation relevant to IFX business

Conduct basic legal training for IFX staff, particularly Purchasing dept

Handling company seals

Job Requirements:

University degree in law & a qualified lawyer in PRC

5-8 years relevant post-qualification experience

Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
