Job Description: QA manager for Marvell total solution based mobile phone platform.

Responsibility:

1.Build and manage the QA team;

2.Build, maintain, and improve test environment and process;

3.Organize resources and implement test plan;

4.Report team’s work status regularly;

5.Coordinate resources to investigate and track bug resolution till closing;

6.Provide customer support as needed.

Qualification:

1.Master in computer science, communication, electronic, automation etc;

2.5+ years mobile phone QA experience;

3.Pay attention to details;

4.Good sense on quality assurance;

5.Good leadership and execution ability;

6.Good team-work spirit;

7.Good communication and coordination skills;

8.Good oral and written skills;

9.Good issue analysis skills;

10.Good English ability;

11.Good work record of project/team management is preferred;

12.Work experience of mobile phone development is preferred.
