岗位职责：
1、BOM/ECN maintain & management（Bill of material物料清单，Engineer Change number工程变更号码）
2、Data collection & FPY（First Pass Yeild直通率，一次性通过率）improvement　
3、Coordinate with supplier/Customer for engineering issues solving.
4、Hold pre-production meeting to smooth product build
5、NPI sample making for all ODM/JDM/EMS（Electronic Manufacturing Services电子代工服务） products.
6、NPI development + early involvement with PJM/RD
7、Help to optimize manufacture process / design data correctness.
8、Real time to do FA and find root cause while yield rate drop down.
9、Alternative parts evaluation and ROHS Survey.
10、Maintain Agile system for all engineering change.

任职资格：
1. More than 4 Years EFA(electronical) or PFA(physical) Experience with Design Experience Better
2. With IC Package/ Process Knowledge
3. 有RF问题分析归纳&EE相关工作经验
4. 对电子线路系统性的了解，具软硬件及系统整合之相关专业知识
5. 问题分析归纳能力强者
6. 英语能完成听说读写沟通交流
