Platform engineering teamhas immediate opening for Stafffirmware development engineer for Image Signalling Process (ISP), Keyresponsibilities of the position is listed below

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• DefineISP test strategy together with IP     design and Software team
• Define ISP bring-up test plan
• Define and execute ISP post-silicon power     characterization plan
• Drive weekly ISP bring-up meeting
• Lead diagnostics development for ISP     validation on both feature level and use case level
• Lead ISP feature bring-up and validation on     both pre-silicon environment (FPGA) and post-silicon system (real ASIC and     platform)
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
• Responsible for execution of programs,     multiple projects on the go
• Forward thinker to improve development process     and drive innovation

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. In EE or CS or equivalent is     required
• Good English required – verbal and written
• Mandarin

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• A minimum of 6+ years experience on driver or     embedded SW development and closely interact with HW designers
• Strong mix of large-scale software development     ability and hardware understanding
• Proficient in C/C++ programming
• Familiar with Linux, knowledge and experience     of device driver or firmware development is required
• Hands-on experience with Image Processing is highly preferred.
• Strong debugging and testing skills
• Strong communication skills
