NO.262-资深封装工艺开发工程师（Shenzhen）

岗位职责：
1、负责指纹芯片封装的设计、导入和验证，工艺和参数的确定，达成新产品计划；
2、负责封装过程分析和处理封装质量以及可靠性问题，提供解决方案并加以实施；
3、负责监控芯片封装良率（Overall yield）改善，并进行良率提升的方案设计、计划和实施；
4、参与晶圆制程技术选择与相关评审。

岗位要求：

1、封装厂至少3年经验，有着丰富的QFN/BGA/LGA等常见产品封装工艺经验；
2、熟悉AutoCAD（或proE），懂封装构造，热阻分析，可靠性等，有良好品质观念；

3、熟悉半导体基础，了解flash/iamge sensor/ Mix signal等制程；
4、本科及以上学历，良好的团队合作和当责精神，沟通能力。
