Cadence License Format - New Keyword added.

                                Starting Nov 11th 2014, all Cadence generated license files will include a new keyword 'ISSUER' on each FEATURE line as follows

                                The license file with this new keyword is backward compatible and will have *no impact* to existing license servers deployed by customers and nor will there be any impact to Cadence products checking out these licenses.

This checksum value provides additional authentication to Cadence generated license files which can be utilized by Cadence products in the future.

看起來除了patch ecc外,還要費時破解在ISSUER的那串字串,才可用新版的新FEATURE,
是變形的vendor_string check!
