RF AE manager --上海
岗位职责:

As Manager of the Application Support Center Shanghai you will make sure that our products are being designed into the products of our customers. You will lead the local team of application engineers, set the priorities and drive the design-in process in order to meet the sales targets. You will play a vital role in the communication between customers and the design and application team.

KAR:
• Team management: daily interaction with application engineers, assignment of work packages and setting of priorities (customers, design-in projects) based on BL strategy.
• Product introduction program: set-up product introduction program in co-operation with local business development, BL product marketing and BL application team.
• Show aggressiveness to outperform the design-win and sales targets.
• Progress reporting: reporting and tracking of progress of all design-in projects at customers, progress versus targets.
• Manage actively stakeholders in BL: product introduction program with local business development and BL application team, product introduction process (collateral, equipment etc) with BL application team, customer priority setting with local business development & BL product management.
• Competence management: build competences of application team as a whole as well as individual application engineers (training, workshops). Align with BL application team.
• Solid understanding of BL capabilities and ambitions.

任职资格的具体描述:

• Bachelor or Masters degree in (Electronics) Engineering.
• 5+ years additional experience in an RF environment, in marketing/sales/application engineering
• Solid knowledge and experience in RF system, mobile/infrastructure eco-system and key customers.
• Fluent in English language both oral and written
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Helicopter view, stakeholder alignment, regular exposure to management team
• Excellent communicator (experience of dealing with diverse customers, cultures and functions)
• Strong leadership skills, result oriented with a drive to win
• People person and team player
• Ambitious, energetic and an entrepreneur
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills
