Job Responsibilities:
1.        Be responsible for sales channel development, account management and overall account relationship management strategy in assigned territory to achieve personal and team annual targets.
2.        Position value propositions to meet customer needs and end-user business priorities; communicate key competitive advantages; works with others to ensure appropriate pricing; manage the milestones essential for timely proposal delivery by giving appropriate technical/commercial presentations or relevant material.
3.        Work closely together with channel partners in order to develop the project pipeline, qualify opportunity and close projects.
4.        Document account plans and sales forecasts. Maintain opportunity momentum expand sales.
5.        Align tactical activities to support strategic sales plans. Actively participate in trade shows, seminars Academies, webinars and other promotional sales activities.

Requirements:
1.        Bachelor's degree, preferably in Telecom/Electrical Engineering/Compute.
2.        At least 5 year sales working experience, with 3 year experience in direct sales in related operation of networking and storage, cabling and telecommunication system.
3.        Work independently and account base in Shenzhen. Can work with vendors actively.
4.        Can effectively manage sales cycle in complex business. Consistently leverages alliance partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities.
5.        Confident presenter and negotiator; enthusiastic and good team player; capable of handling work pressure and be able to travel.
6.        Good command of English language, Cantonese is preferred.
7.        Effectively use MS office and CRM tools.
