使用TSMC018 后仿真遇到SCA参数问题 无法仿真

如题，使用TSMC018工艺，画完Layout，完成参数提取并作后仿真时遇到sca参数问题，spectre无法完成仿真并给出如下提示：

请问，该如何处理这个问题？求方法，谢谢！

   您好，这个问题当时您彻底解决了没，现在我出现这个问题，有时候吧网表中的sca手动改下就可以了，有时候又不行，不知道深谋远虑

如果不是太重要的管子直接改网表修改成SCA=0 SCB=0 SCC=0就可以了
