Job description:

i.
Define physical layerarchitecture for WIFI, 802.11 a/b/g/n/c.

ii.
Build and lead a team todevelop physical layer algorithm for WIFI.

iii.
Work with RF team to defineRF transceiver architecture.

iv.
Work with MAC team to defineMAC architecture.

b.
Requirement:

i.
Strong technical backgroundon communication theory and real communication system.

ii.
In-depth experience in AGC,channel equalization, MIMO, beamforming, coding.

iii.
Understand ASICimplementation.

iv.
Understand RF and Mixedsignal architecture.

v.
Minimum 3 years experienceson communication systems such as WIFI, LTE, WiMax, DSL.
