Job Description:

MIPI and eDP SW driver development for low power chip

Requirements:

l
Good experience in MIPI or eDP driver development in smart phone or tablet system

l
Master or bachelor degree majoring in electronic engineering or computor science is preferred

l
2 years working experience for master degree or 5 years working experience for bachelor degree

l
Strong C and/or C++ and/or ASM coding and debugging expertise

l
Good experience in embedded system development

l
Good Chinese and English communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

?     System level knowledge of Video, audio, MIPI, eDP,HDMI receiver, USB, Ethernet, SD/MMC interface

?     Study industry standard document and IP specification

o     Understand the theory of operation of those interfaces

o     Be familiar with those interface protocol

o     Be familiar with registers inside those IP

o     Be familiar with the electrical specification of those interface

?     FPGA verification and Silicon validation

o     Able to create checklist based on the understanding of those IPs

o     Run test case based on created checklist

o     Support IC/SW team for debug

o     Create validation report

?     Documentation

o     Create the theory of operation

o     Create registers description

o     Create application note

?     Customer support

o     Solve issues from FAE or customers

o     Answer questions from FAE or customers.

REQUIREMENTS

?     B.Sc. or M.Sc. In Electrical engineering or equivalent is required

?     FPGA verification and Silicon validation experience in ASIC company is a preferable

?     At least 3 years  experience in PC,  Consumer  or communication electronics product development

?     Able to communication in English.

Optional requirement

?     Develop or application experience with video processor, audio, HDMI receiver, USB, Ethernet or SD/MMC interface.

?     Previous Hands on DDR2, DDR3, Denali controller, USB2, HDMI, Ethernet for high speed application

?     Knowledge of video standards and television standards an asset

?     Knowledge of product compliance and safety requirements

?     Knowledge of Linux system is a plus

?     C program skill is a plus
