NO.310-Test Data Management Lead（Shenzhen）

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Test Data Management Delivery
2. Plan and monitor the execution of service test
5. Define the scope of the project, manage project objectives, risks, issues and resources test data for Service Testing.
6. Accountable for managing other project stakeholders through appropriate matrix management.

Requirements:
1. Undergraduate qualifications in I.T., Computer Science or Engineering
2. 8-10 years relevant experience in an IT environment
3. 3 years software project delivery experience or management of large projects
4. Knowledgeable in Data Modeling, SQL store procedure, Database Administration operations practical experience in test automation
5. Understand or has experience in Test Data Management implementation-Data Identification(requirements), acquisition, population and maintenance
6. Experience in IBM Rational Test Workbench is an advantage
7. Experience in managing the design, build and test of software applications
8. Good communication skills, strong English language skills(written and spoken)
9. Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalism
10. Strong organizational and communication skills
11. Collaborative approach to working
12. Good at prioritizing time-critical work
13. Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua(written and spoken) is an advantage。
