Description:
eMMC product engineer researches new technologies and innovations to develop new products and improve existing products.

Responsibilities:

• Design product to meet Engineering and Marketing criteria including evaluation of product feasibility and development of design concepts and product parameters
• Provide technical assistance to sales and marketing personnel and customers
• Support continual improvement programs for existing products
• Data sheet verification, FW validation, Performance characterization and System validation
• Support failure analysis
• Support characterization software development
• Support customer on new product enabling
• Review customer requests, conduct gap analysis.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to approve or disapprove the customer requests based on the financial benefits and engineering capabilities.
• Studies and analyzes existing eMMC systems, understand and explore customer usage model.
• Define product feature/performance and reliability capabilities

Requirements:

• RCG or less than 2 years experience at Electronics or semiconductor working background
• Experience includes managed NAND product development flow, firmware validation H/W and S/W
• Experienced on the algorithm of managed NAND validation methods
• Experienced on managed NAND features and performances
• Experienced on raw NAND and controller capabilities
